Mother Earth.

You walk around with your nose in the air,
You act without thinking, without a care.
You don't understand what it means or what it's about,
And it doesn't matter how loud I scream or shout.

Your eyes are open but you cannot see,
If only you would stop and listen to me.
You've half killed our planet, for that you should be hung,
Now you squabble about saving it but get nothing done.

It would have died, but in its own time,
Instead you raped it of resources, what a crime.
You polluted the land, the air, the seas,
Killed living creatures, cut down all the trees.

For the sake of a dollar you condemn us all,
Oh God forbid your stock should fall.
There is no money that can buy you rebirth,
There's just our planet,
Our Mother Earth.
