Look back on your life with open eyes,
For this is the foundation on which your future lies.

When you enjoyed yourself to the full and even more.

The days you laughed,

The days you relaxed,
And the days you tried,

For these are the days that make up you,
And shine out bright in all the things you do.
But today is your birthday, another milestone,
So think for a moment as you sit on your throne.
Your past is you wisdom and you are wise,
Life is for living so grab that prize.
For ahead is a new year, a new age for you,
